We are taking part in a pilot project for Thailand with District 2000 (Switzerland) and the RC Eastern Seaboard to supply “water drip-filters” (no electricity needed) to Bo Ong near Thongphapum. We have been alloted 60 filters (1 per household). They are being used very succesfully in Mexico by RI and the Government. A further 60 filters will be distributed in a village in the Issan by RC Eastern Seaboard.

We hope to receive the filters by next week, and the distribution date is set for the 28-30 August. We will be having a public demonstration at “Cabbages & Condoms Resort” on Thursday 27th August at 17.00 hrs. All are welcome.
